We come to your plant, find the root cause, and design the right-sized mixing system, booth or spray setup — then keep it supplied with the parts and filters to run.

See every brand we carryMost of our best customers know the symptom, not the solution. They value finish quality, reliability and equipment their people can operate — and once we've solved a problem, they stay with us for years.
Mixing, application, booths, powder, fluid handling and the consumables that keep it all running — designed and supported as one system.
All solutionsHold the ratio. Stop the peeling.
Two-component urethanes and epoxies only perform when resin and activator are mixed at the right ratio, every time. Most of the peeling, soft film and gloss problems we're called in for start at the mix — not the gun. We measure it on your floor, then fit a mixing system your painters can run without a manual in their hands.
- Paint peeling, chipping or failing adhesion tests after cure
- Soft or tacky film, slow cure, gloss or color that drifts shift to shift
- Hand-mixing with cups and scales, and too much material dumped at end of pot-life
- A proportioner nobody trusts — or nobody remembers how to run

Wrap the part. Waste less paint.
Electrostatic guns charge the paint so it's drawn to the grounded part and wraps around edges and tubing — putting more coating on the part and less in your filters. Modern guns are lighter, digitally controlled and far more forgiving than the systems many plants still nurse along. We help you replace the old setup without stopping production.
- An aging electrostatic system only one veteran painter can keep running
- Heavy, tiring guns and inconsistent film build across a shift
- High paint use, fast-loading booth filters and too much overspray
- Poor coverage on edges, tubing, racks and wire goods

The right booth for your parts, your building and your code.
A booth is more than a box with fans. Airflow, filtration, make-up air, lighting, fire protection, electrical and permitting all have to work together — and installed cost is often double the booth price. We design around your parts and your floor, coordinate the details, and install systems that pass inspection and run efficiently through an Ohio winter.
- Dirt in the finish and overspray drifting back onto parts
- Booth pressure problems, slow filter-loading alarms or no manometer at all
- Parts outgrowing the booth, or the booth limiting throughput
- Fire marshal, insurer or EPA questions about your spray area

The right gun beats the most expensive gun.
Conventional, HVLP, LVLP, airless and air-assisted airless guns each have a job they do best. We match the applicator to your coating, part and finish spec — then supply the tips, needles, caps and rebuild kits to keep it spraying like new.
- Orange peel, dry spray, runs or sags you can't tune out
- High paint use and overspray with your current guns
- Guns that aren't a compliant type under EPA 6H or 6X
- Painters fighting heavy or worn-out equipment

Powder that sticks — because the whole system was planned.
Successful powder coating is a system: pretreatment, guns, booth, recovery and cure oven sized to your parts and color changes. Most powder failures are pretreatment failures, so we look at the whole line — whether you're adding a first batch system or upgrading guns on an existing one.
- Poor adhesion or film failures on powder-coated parts
- Thin coverage in corners and recesses (Faraday cage areas)
- Slow color changes or too much powder wasted
- Considering a switch from liquid paint to powder

The parts you need, before the line goes down.
Booth filters, gun parts, tips, hose, fittings, cups, solvent recyclers, PPE — the everyday items that keep a finishing operation running and compliant. Send us your list or part numbers and we'll quote it fast. We can also set up recurring orders so filters and spares arrive before you run out.
- Running out of booth filters or critical spares at the worst moment
- Not sure your exhaust filters meet EPA's 98% capture requirement
- Part numbers scattered across old boxes, manuals and email
- Paying for expedited freight because nobody reordered in time

The reason to request a quote instead of clicking 'buy': we find the root cause first, then fit the solution to the job.
See our processTell us the symptom
Send photos, part numbers or a quick description. Know the problem but not the cause? That's exactly where we start.
On-site diagnosis
A technical sales specialist comes to your plant, watches the process from mix room to cure, and finds the root cause.
Right-sized system design
We partner with leading manufacturers to design the simplest system that solves the problem — and quote it clearly.
Install, train & supply
We commission it with your team, train new operators, and keep filters, parts and spares coming.
I need a specific part
Search 47,000+ gun parts, pump parts, hose, fittings and tanks. Add them to your RFQ list and we'll quote availability and lead time.
Help me plan a system
New booth, mixing system, electrostatic or powder line? Tell us about your parts, coatings and goals in a short guided request.
Something looks wrong
Peeling, orange peel, runs, dirt or color drift? Describe the symptom, upload photos, and request an on-site diagnosis.
Clients stay anonymous — many of them compete with each other. The problems, and the fixes, are real.

Replacing a decades-old electrostatic system before a key painter retired
A veteran technician was retiring — and with him, the only working knowledge of an antiquated electrostatic system. We replaced it with equipment any trained technician can run.
