Liquid electrostatic

Electrostatic guns charge the paint so it's drawn to the grounded part and wraps around edges and tubing — putting more coating on the part and less in your filters. Modern guns are lighter, digitally controlled and far more forgiving than the systems many plants still nurse along. We help you replace the old setup without stopping production.

Electrostatic Painting Systems

If you're seeing any of these, we can help — usually starting with a conversation and a visit to your floor.

  • An aging electrostatic system only one veteran painter can keep running
  • Heavy, tiring guns and inconsistent film build across a shift
  • High paint use, fast-loading booth filters and too much overspray
  • Poor coverage on edges, tubing, racks and wire goods
  • Waterborne coatings that won't play nicely with your current electrostatics
Our approach

Diagnose first. Recommend second. Then make sure your team can run it.

01

Audit the current setup

We look at grounding, fluid delivery, gun settings and operator technique to see what's costing you transfer efficiency.

02

Pick the right gun and controller

Manual or automatic, solvent or waterborne, air spray or air-assisted — matched to your parts and coatings.

03

Install and train

We commission the system with your team and train new operators so knowledge doesn't live in one person's head.

04

Keep it charged

Cascades, cables, tips and service parts stocked and quoted fast.

Right-sized, not upsold

Typical starting points — every recommendation is fit to your parts, coatings, volumes and people.

Option 1

Simple

Best for: Upgrading one manual station

  • Modern lightweight manual electrostatic gun
  • Controller with presets
  • Grounding check and operator training

Option 2

Standard

Best for: Several stations or a waterborne switch

  • Matched guns and controllers
  • Fluid supply and pressure regulation
  • Waterborne isolation where required

Option 3

Advanced

Best for: High-volume or conveyorized lines

  • Automatic electrostatic guns
  • Integration with mixing and color change
  • Line-side controls and data
Equipment we work with

We're brand-flexible: we'll recommend what fits your job, not what fills a quota.

Questions we hear

Is electrostatic right for our parts?

It works best on conductive, groundable parts — metal enclosures, racks, tubing, wire goods, cabinets and similar. We'll tell you honestly if a high-efficiency air spray or AAA gun is the better fit.

Can we use electrostatics with waterborne paint?

Yes, with the right equipment. Waterborne systems need isolation or indirect charging. We'll specify what your coating requires.

How much paint can we save?

It depends on parts, coatings and your current method. We can measure your current usage and estimate savings before you commit.
