AISECO — Automotive Industrial Supply & Equipment Co.
HVLP · LVLP · airless · AAA

Conventional, HVLP, LVLP, airless and air-assisted airless guns each have a job they do best. We match the applicator to your coating, part and finish spec — then supply the tips, needles, caps and rebuild kits to keep it spraying like new.

Spray Guns & Application Equipment

If you're seeing any of these, we can help — usually starting with a conversation and a visit to your floor.

  • Orange peel, dry spray, runs or sags you can't tune out
  • High paint use and overspray with your current guns
  • Guns that aren't a compliant type under EPA 6H or 6X
  • Painters fighting heavy or worn-out equipment
  • Repair parts that take weeks to find
Our approach

Diagnose first. Recommend second. Then make sure your team can run it.

01

Start with the finish spec

Coating type, viscosity, film build and appearance target decide the technology.

02

Trial on your parts

Where it matters, we set up a trial so your painters can compare guns on real work.

03

Set it up right

Tips, caps, pressures and fluid delivery dialed in — and documented for the next painter.

04

Keep spares on hand

Critical-spares kits and fast quotes on needles, nozzles, seals and rebuild kits.

Right-sized, not upsold

Typical starting points — every recommendation is fit to your parts, coatings, volumes and people.

Simple

Best for: Touch-up, small shops, wood finishing

  • HVLP or LVLP gravity/pressure gun
  • Air regulation and filtration

  • Airless or AAA piston pump systems
  • Heated or multi-gun setups
  • Automatic guns and reciprocators
Equipment we work with

We're brand-flexible: we'll recommend what fits your job, not what fills a quota.
