How we handle the information you send us.
When you submit a request for quote, contact form or parts list, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, email, phone number, project information and any files you upload. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare proposals and support your account.
We do not sell your information. We do not name customers publicly without their permission. Files you upload are stored privately and are accessible only to AISECO staff.
We use Google Analytics and WMD Analytics (a cookieless analytics service from our web partner, Woods Made Designs) to understand how visitors use this site in aggregate. Your RFQ list is stored in your own browser until you submit it.
To ask about or remove the information we hold about you, contact us at aiseco@aiseco.com or (330) 334-8000.
