AISECO — Automotive Industrial Supply & Equipment Co.
Booths · mix rooms · air make-up

A booth is more than a box with fans. Airflow, filtration, make-up air, lighting, fire protection, electrical and permitting all have to work together — and installed cost is often double the booth price. We design around your parts and your floor, coordinate the details, and install systems that pass inspection and run efficiently through an Ohio winter.

Paint Booths & Finishing Environments

If you're seeing any of these, we can help — usually starting with a conversation and a visit to your floor.

  • Dirt in the finish and overspray drifting back onto parts
  • Booth pressure problems, slow filter-loading alarms or no manometer at all
  • Parts outgrowing the booth, or the booth limiting throughput
  • Fire marshal, insurer or EPA questions about your spray area
  • High heating costs for make-up air in winter
Our approach

Diagnose first. Recommend second. Then make sure your team can run it.

01

Walk your floor

Part sizes, flow, ceiling height, utilities, exhaust routes and what your inspector will want to see.

02

Choose the airflow

Open-face, crossdraft, semi-downdraft, side-downdraft or full downdraft — plus prep stations and mix rooms where they pay off.

03

Coordinate the whole job

Make-up air, lighting, fire suppression, electrical and permitting partners lined up so there are no surprises.

04

Install, balance, support

We commission the booth, set airflow and filters, and stock the consumables to keep it compliant.

Right-sized, not upsold

Typical starting points — every recommendation is fit to your parts, coatings, volumes and people.

Have a problem like this?

Describe it in a few sentences and upload photos. We'll come back with questions, a plan and a quote.

Questions we hear

Do we need a permit for a new booth?

Usually some combination of air permit (or exemption), building and fire permits applies. We design to NFPA 33 and coordinate with your permitting consultant, local fire marshal and Ohio EPA guidance — we don't give legal determinations, but we make the process predictable.

What's the difference between crossdraft and downdraft?

Crossdraft air moves horizontally from doors to rear filters — affordable and effective for many industrial parts. Downdraft pulls air from the ceiling to the floor, carrying overspray away from the part for the cleanest finish, at higher cost.

Can you finance a booth?

Ohio shops may qualify for financing through the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority on qualifying equipment. Ask us and we'll point you to the right program.
