Apply for a reseller account
Tell us about your business and upload your resale or exemption certificate. It takes about five minutes.

We verify your business
Our team checks your certificate, tax ID and registration before your first reseller quote. We'll email you if anything is missing.

Quote and order as you need
Send part lists or RFQs any time. Verified accounts are quoted reseller terms and invoiced tax-exempt for resale.
Reseller terms and tax-exempt sales are only for verified businesses — never extended on a claim alone. It protects you, our manufacturers and genuine resellers from people posing as one.
- A current resale or sales-tax exemption certificate for the state you buy in — for example Ohio STEC B, or the multistate MTC or SST certificate
- Your federal EIN, matching the legal business name on the certificate
- An active business registration with your state
- A business email and website that match the company applying
Until verification is complete, we'll still quote you — at standard terms, with sales tax where it applies.
Do I need my own dealer agreement with the manufacturer?
No. You buy through AISECO's authorization and resell to your customers — that's the point of the program.
Can you ship directly to my customer?
Yes. We can ship to your warehouse or direct to your customer's site — just give us the ship-to when you request a quote.

How long does verification take?
We review applications in the order they arrive and email you if we need anything else. You can request quotes in the meantime at standard terms.
Why do you need my resale certificate?
It's what allows us to sell to you tax-exempt for resale, and it's how we make sure reseller terms only go to real resellers.
